You must register your BD product within 30 days of purchase to receive your lifetime warranty. You will automatically receive the standard manufacturer's warranty if you do not register your product within 30 days.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
A legible digital copy of the original invoice or receipt from an authorized BD dealer showing the applicable part number, date purchased, and dealer information must be uploaded you’re your warranty registration. All information on the warranty registration site must be filled out completely, accurately, and from the original purchaser.

BD covers manufacturing defects and workmanship faults only.
Please contact BD directly if you need warranty work on your BD product. If your product is under warranty, you will be issued an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions, which you will then send to the issued address.
Customers are responsible for shipping any warranty claim for their BD product to a BD location at their own expense.
The warranty covers product replacement only. BD is not responsible for labor costs, towing bills, or any other incidental costs. This warranty has no cash value.
BD is not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost units returned for warranty inspection and repair or for repaired/replaced units shipped back. The customer must deal with any shipping claims directly with the freight company.
